The rest of the reviewers must have been on drugs.... I have lived here for 4 years. The apartments used to be nice and well maintained, but not so much anymore. The office staff is NEVER in the office so forget getting packages on time. The units have gone way down hill. The regional manager came down to address problems over 8 months ago, and the issues are still not fixed... broken railings, huge pot holes, motor oil in the swimming pool, loud noisy neighbors partying from 2:30 - 5 am in the parking lot. Nice Community These apartments are reasonably priced and well maintained. Some of them are on the water. They have nice floorplans and are minutes away from the main highway (though not too close to be a nuisance.) They're surrounded by several other nice apartment complexes, too. The staff is friendly and very willing to help if your apartment has a problem.
Edgelake Is Great!!! Edgelake Apartments has great specials and not many apartments left, come see why they are all gone! You will feel right at home as soon as you walk on the property, from the wtaer view to the wooded view, it feels like HOME!!!

WATCH OUT I live at edgelake for thr i would ee years, the place went down hill after the new owners took over, when i transfer to another apt. my dog deposit was never transfer over! the last part of the third year, i payed a buyout 800.00 to get out of the lease. cleaned apt. from top to bottem,and took pics,5-months later still trying to get money from me!the staff does not keep up with there records very good!the staff does not keep up with the record dont move!!!!!!!!!!
Wonderful These apartments are really nice. The price of them are really reasonable and they are well maintained!! The staff are really nice and are there if you need anything.
