I lived here for 2 and a half years and had a great experience. I moved into a renovated apartment where everything was in excellent shape and well maintained. The building is always very clean, and the management team is extremely friendly and helpful. It truly felt like home during my stay, and I would highly recommend this place to friends and family who are looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment community.
I've only been here a few months but my experience has been great. From when we did the viewing, to signing the papers, to moving in, and now living here, the staff has always been above and beyond. Their communication, their friendliness, their helpfulness does NOT go unnoticed. Great family friendly building close to downtown and shopping. Management is friendly and is quick respond to any maintenance request.
I have only good things to say Ellen in the office is very professional and if anything you ask to get fixed or if you have a problem she looks after it write away. Chris is very professional and polite always smiling and says hello to you when he sees you. Beyond all that is going on they have done their best to keep things moving forward. I would recommend renting here to anyone who is looking for a place to call home with Ellen and Chris on board.
I have lived at this property for 5 years and have watched the changes being made making it a lovely building to live in. The staff is friendly and approachable and take great care to make sure the building is safe and clean.
