We had a great experience with the apartment application process. The manager Ellen was very helpful, professional, and responsive throughout everything. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answered all our questions clearly, and guided us whenever needed. We really appreciate her support and kindness. We were looking for 2bedroom unit to rent. We had a pleasure to meet and talk with Ellen. She showed us some units available, took a time to explain us everything important even on Saturday afternoon. She was very pleasant and professional. Units are very beautifully renovated. The whole management team—Ellen, Chris, Helen, and Tom—are wonderful and always helpful, and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents. They’re approachable, quick to respond, and always willing to help out. The management is very welcoming, and overall it’s been a really positive experience living here.
