Great family friendly building close to downtown and shopping. Management is friendly and is quick respond to any maintenance request.
I have only good things to say Ellen in the office is very professional and if anything you ask to get fixed or if you have a problem she looks after it write away. Chris is very professional and polite always smiling and says hello to you when he sees you. Beyond all that is going on they have done their best to keep things moving forward. I would recommend renting here to anyone who is looking for a place to call home with Ellen and Chris on board.
I have lived at this property for 5 years and have watched the changes being made making it a lovely building to live in. The staff is friendly and approachable and take great care to make sure the building is safe and clean.
We moved here in 2020 , the building has been under upgrades. Although, it is a little inconvenient, management is doing an excellent job of keeping the area, both clean and safe. I have never had a problem with any of the residents in the building and any maintenance issues were handled quickly. Keep up the great work guys
Balcony construction on with 3 lazy workers working. Ruined the whole summer of resident & no hope if they can finish until next summer or even later but they know how to increase rent on time. Balcony work is finished but they don’t care to put back the railings & open door for the residents to breathe fresh air. On top of the dust and noise pollution.
