Lived here for many years and love it. Excellent Building with amazing staff. Building is always clean and safe thanks to Ellen, Chris, Tom and Helen. Everyone is friendly and kind.
Excellent place to live – truly feels like living with family We lived at 108 Edgehill Drive, Barrie for 7 and half years, and I can honestly say it was an amazing place to call home. The management team is extremely friendly, professional, and very quick to respond to any requests or concerns. Maintenance issues were always attended to promptly, which made living here stress-free. The safety and security features of the building are outstanding. My new home! I am completely thrilled by how comfortable my apartment. The attention to detail the managers and caretakers give around the building (in and out) is brilliant. I have only been there a short while and they already know me by name. I am truly thankful.
It’s been some time and I need to update my review. I would suggest everyone avoid this place. Once the snow starts, you’re responsible for snow clearing your parking spot, which is ridiculous. The building is full of senior citizens and lots of people who look completely unable to take care of their snow removal. Additionally it has proven to be in effective to ask staff to deal with nuisance dogs in the building. The laundry room is antiquated, dirty, expensive and ineffective. The minute my lease is up I will be gone.
