The living conditions have become unbearable here. Renters beware: if you live in Edgehill (managed by Falls Court), the heaters are blowing until the end of April. This means that it can get up to 85 degrees in each room. Management is unable to regulate this because it is Baltimore City policy to keep the heaters on, no matter the temperature. As for myself and my dog, this means that we live in sweltering conditions that are becoming uninhabitable. Please consider this advice before moving in!
Good luck communicating with the leasing office or staff. They only seem to call back when they want something from you but don't respond to emails, phone calls, or messages. Apartment is okay. Had several mice issues and water pipe issues. Windows dont shut all the way due to the fact that they are the wrong sizes. They dont enforce rules or parking at all. Recent construction crews from down the street, park in the lot because no one enforces it. Dumpsters are overfilled by the neighborhood. Overpriced water bills and laun... read more
