From the moment I came into this location I absolutely loved it. Brandon greeted us and he had so much information on hand and with so much patience and care he showed us around a few houses. It is my first time buying a home obviously I had a lot of questions and he did not hesitate to answer all! I am very happy with this community and did I mention the location? It’s perfect! 6 months in. Very good experience overall quality build in my opinion. Brandon was the gentlemen that helped us and he did a great job at getting us in at the right time. The location of the homes probably the best selling point. We were walked through the whole process with the construction manager as well and the whole team was nice. House was delayed by 15 days but they were very communicative about it
Aliera amazing walk wrap for the new construction I can’t express enough that she did an absolute 100% satisfaction job and my buyers walkthrough! extremely happy with everything. She went over in detailed with everything for the homebuyer walk-through. I really appreciate you and thank you for all you do.
