6 months in. Very good experience overall quality build in my opinion. Brandon was the gentlemen that helped us and he did a great job at getting us in at the right time. The location of the homes probably the best selling point. We were walked through the whole process with the construction manager as well and the whole team was nice. House was delayed by 15 days but they were very communicative about it

Buying a home is a long process and can be quite stressful so having the right person working through the process with you is extremely important. Khanh made us feel comfortable, informed, and taken care of at every step of the process. Without her I couldn't imagine how hard and stressful it would have been.
