I have had a relationship with Edgebrook Periodontics for over 20 years. They are professional, caring and friendly, and always accommodating. They are extremely knowledgeable, informative, and do great work. I highly recommend them!
Just a horrible place and waste of money. I spent $450.00 for dr. Lim's consultation and the scan/x-ray. However, when I called to reschedule my appointment, his assistant Julie told me that they have strict policy and I would have to find myself another orthodontist. I was absolutely appalled by how disrespectful, rude and unprofessional she was on the phone with me when delivering me this message. I don't recommend this place.
Very rude and unprofessional receptionist! I had an appointment today and was only 15 minutes late. First she told me I was only 20 minutes late and they have a 20 min late policy. I reminded her that I was only 15 min late. She still canceledmy appointment stating they have a strict late policy. WhenI first made an appointment, she didn't mention any "strict policy". Very bad work was done with my implant, they can be gentle and nice. But very outdated. It took me 3-4 years to decide to make this review. My implant was placed very badly and still suffering. I wish I just had a bridge. I am thinking to remove that implant. I advice look for another place with more advanced technology. I feel bad to make this review but I don’t want anyone else to suffer like me. :(
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lim. He was personable and gentle. He replaced some of my gums and did a great job. Highly recommend!
