Cameron consistently goes above and beyond his level of authority to assist and help resolve concerns whenever possible. The property itself is beautiful, modern, and offers many great amenities. In no way would I recommend subjecting yourself to a four bedroom unit here, & it’s probably best to avoid the building in general at all costs. Noisy neighbors, especially after a hockey team moved in. No windows in three out of four bedrooms — which means they legally aren’t bedrooms! Grid Management bought out the building & started condensing residents, so I went from having one roommate to three & it’s impossible to try to compromise with that many people. Lived here in 2021-2022 while in college and it was amazing, loved it. My one complaint is that there are no windows in most of the bedrooms.
Simply said : don't go ! This is a ripoff for overseas students as explained below. The only thing nice about this place is that the living room is spacious and well equipped. Apart from that the floors are all dirty-looking concrete, the walls are grey. BEDROOMS DON'T HAVE WINDOWS so it can be very depressing (and a fire hazard?). And there is one thing absolutely beyond excuse: once you left they keep the whole deposit to pay for your electricity bill, even if they agree the room was given back without damages.
