Simply said : don't go ! This is a ripoff for overseas students as explained below. The only thing nice about this place is that the living room is spacious and well equipped. Apart from that the floors are all dirty-looking concrete, the walls are grey. BEDROOMS DON'T HAVE WINDOWS so it can be very depressing (and a fire hazard?). And there is one thing absolutely beyond excuse: once you left they keep the whole deposit to pay for your electricity bill, even if they agree the room was given back without damages.
