RecommendedWe had a very nice 3 hours dinner at Edge last night. The service was great, friendly and accommodating. We ordered a bottle of wine and started off with cheese plate. For entree, my husband and I both had the 6oz Japanese A5 wagyu steak. That marbleized meat was cooked just right that melts in your mouth. It was a bid too much for me, I should had went for the 4oz instead. We wanted a relaxing nice long dinner, and they never rush us. We had a lovely and enjoyable dinner.
It was an amazing experience!!
Waygu beef was amazing, melted on the fork.

Just got done celebrating our 8th wedding anniversary here and I have to say everything from the wine, dinner and dessert was amazing! The service was outstanding from all the staff including the manager Matt. We asked about the wine cellar and he was kind enough to give us a little tour and gave wonderful Insight on all of the different varieties of wine! I plan on returning here again in the future!

We had dinner twice during our vacation and both times were amazing! The food was excellent, the staff was awesome and they even made us a gluten free soufflé so I could have dessert. The soufflé was a surprise that we didn't even order! It was so very thoughtful since I don't usually like to eat out with all my restrictions. The Edge is a must when you are in Park City. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience.
Absolutely delicious, melt in your mouth steak and excellent service. Be prepared to spend $100/person, without cocktails.
