I haven't felt that spoiled since I was a baby. Excellent service and attention. Thank you for creating such a great experience for me...warmed my heart.
The service was horrible when your paying $100 a person for brunch. You have to ask for everything including water and coffee refills. They don't tell you that you have to order some items from a menu because not all the food is out on the buffets. Overall the food was good, but our group of 8 would much rather pay $110 and eat at the biltmore or the breakers where the service and food is way better. Definitely not worth the $$$ they charge because of the lack in service and limited food options.
