Amazing program and coaches! They teach correct technique and form. The workouts continually change and challenge the athletes. Our kids have seen continual improvements in speed, agility, and strength, Each month they test their performance and every month personal best have been set! The results and environment can’t be beat!

My daughter plays competitive volleyball and has been going to The Edge for over 3 years, coached by the owner, Denny. He’s a strength and conditioning coach, as is his staff, so they know athletes and what is required for them to improve. Denny is receptive to the parent and athlete and always wants feedback to improve expectations and outcomes. We’ve been sending our daughter to The Edge for the last few years. We have done group and private lessons and are very happy with the results. There are a lot of options financially to make it work. The Edge also has sport specific coaches that know what they are doing. If you or your athlete want to be competitive and have the best coaching, this is the place to go!

Thank you Denny and the Edge team - you guys have been fantastic to work with - the boys love you guys even though you make them work hard!! They have made huge progress which will set them up for a great season!
