My son has been training at Edge Sports Fitness for about a year and a half now and the difference in him is honestly amazing. When he started, he was just a kid who liked sports. Now he’s noticeably faster, stronger and more confident. His speed and agility have improved so much, and you can really see the work the coaches put into these kids. My son Barron goes to Edge as did his brother Brady before he graduated high school. My sons have done the classes and trained one on one with Denny and i cannot say enough good this place. Denny has been great at helping my sons achieve their athletic goals.

Coach Holiday is an absolutely awesome coach and mentor! He made a huge impression on my son and his football teammates during our private skills sessions. He played the game at the highest level and knows how to motivate and teach athletes. Our players have developed tremendously and are vastly better than before. Thank you Coach and staff at the Edge!

My daughter plays competitive volleyball and has been going to The Edge for over 3 years, coached by the owner, Denny. He’s a strength and conditioning coach, as is his staff, so they know athletes and what is required for them to improve. Denny is receptive to the parent and athlete and always wants feedback to improve expectations and outcomes.
