If you want a company that does not know what they're doing and then tries to ignore a State Agency that is investigating their shoddy work, go here. When ******, their "asbestos expert' came out, he assured us he would not disturb our popcorn asbestos ceiling. He and *****, the manager, put up barriers with tape along our asbestos ceiling causing some of it to fall down. They are ignoring ****** hoping they'll go away. Gov't. agencies do not go away. I worked with Edge after my entire kitchen and front room were flooded with water. I originally started sopping up the water myself but it was just too much to handle. Within a few hours Edge had the entire project managed...water gone, fans in place, plan in place. I was super happy with their ability to not only fix my current issue but also walk me through the entire process of restoring my house. Would recommend Edge Restoration to anyone who wants a turn-key solution for water damage. Thank you!

Edge Restoration was recommended by my plumber. My water heater broke, flooded an area in the house. ****** and ****** of Edge Restoration came, gave an estimate and began removing damaged area, treating mold and dried the areas to decrease moisture. They were considerate, accommodated our needs, friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the work. They recommended a company to restore the water heater closet, flooring and walls that were damaged. I would recommend Edge Restoration.

The company lie to me and remove a floor the insurance dont cover tried to reach ******* or ***** and never answer my calls I'm going to the court because they are unprofessional

Edge Restoration did an excellent job of cleaning up mold and when the claim was submitted to our insurance copy, unfortunately it was denied. Worked with ****'s Operation Manager ********************* who worked very hard on our behalf and was able to get cost way down which was greatly appreciated. *** was very professional, caring and kept us well informed. Edge Restoration does not treat its customers with respect and thoughtfulness. My interaction with them after their work was demeaning and disappointing. Their employee or subcontractor took property of mine without my consent and **** refused to compensate me. They had the audacity to suggest I had hired the person to do the work and claimed to have no records or knowledge of who they sent to my property to my home. *********** Construction in ****** took my wife for plenty of money with lies. She was promised that if she paid a good amount up front, she would be the only customer for the renovation. Then the company did not respond for a couple months. Finally, with threats, the contractor sent his men two or three days a week for a few hours each time.
