Nice place to eat. The Edge is a modern, new american cuisine restaurant in a nice location. The food is very good and they have an OK variety of foods to choose from. The service is good. It is fairly expensive though. Good place to go for a romantic dinner. Not a family restaurant and be prepared to spend some money. PROS: Nice restaurant. CONS: Expensive.

Wonderful Restaurant... fine dining experience We have been to Edge numerous time. I have enjoyed the fillet, the butter-fish, the pork, the lamb chops, all are outstanding. All are my favorite. The salads, soups, and side vegetables are all fresh..the chief creates food presentations that you don't find at other Lehigh Valley Restaurants. The desserts are great! Great Food, Good ambiance, good time! My girlfriend took me to "Edge" for my birthday back in late March. I have to say, I loved every minute of it. Let me give a quick breakdown: Drinks: The drinks were fairly average for the quality of restaurant (I am used to paying Philly prices, so I would consider it reasonable) and was about $5-8 for a mixed drink. Edge is a very urban chic atmosphere. Contemporary inventive meals made it so hard for us to decide on an entree.I chose the corriander crusted tuna and it was absolutely delicious. We went for a more upscale night out with a few couples and were pleased with our choice - it was all around amazing! Impeccable service from knowledgeable and attentive staff and we will be back!

classy, upscale, outstanding food – Great ambience, excellent food. Everything from the martinis to dessert was excellent and well presented. This is a great place to take a date or impress the in-laws.
Skip the entree, and order a few appetizers instead. – A very nice restaurant. Cool ambiance and good food. Some of the main entrees are disappointing, but their appetizers are consistently good. Often I I often skip the entree and double up on the appetizers instead. The Tarragon Gnocchi is my favorite dish--very memorable. The Tuna Tar Tar is also very good. And don't forget desert! Perfect spot for a date.
