Horrible experience! He has no handyman to fix anything! His husband Carl was put in charge as the property manager with no license they never gave me a new lease just came by one day and said your rent is going up from 550 a month to 750 ten would come by to fix stuff which after they left was worse than fixable they are drunks and horrible people dont ever rent or buy from them
Service is the difference between me rather paying $1150 for a renovated studio than try and continue renting a 1Bed 1Bath with Khristy at a location I actually like -more- for $300 -less.- A previous Zellow negative review listed her lack of (proper) communication as a main complaint. I'm the second person to experience this.
