10/10 Nick and the team! Nick has managed our investment property for the last 8 years and could not recommend him and the team high enough. Being landlords whilst living overseas has been stress free and have never had a tenant/property issue in the hands of Nick. Always professional and communicative. We will always choose Edge Property Agents for leasing, selling or buying property.
I would highly recommend Nick and Edge property, professional and very helpful, always only a phone call away and nothing is a problem. These guys know their stuff!
I must give Nick 5 stars for selling our property in the present downturn. He achieved a great result - which to me is an easy sale in next to no time. Listen to Nick. He knows the business inside and out and gives advice that only a seasoned agent can provide. If you are looking at selling, you would be mad not to go with him.
