I left that apartment spotless. They charged me for the fridge, sink, stove top, cabinets, toilet, shower, washer, and dishwasher. Tried to charge me for a water bill I paid too.
Lived there for 3 years. Slumlord management, the maintenance people are the only ones who care about anything there. Literally threatened by a tenant with a gun and they beat on our door with it because our 50 pound dog barked at them from inside the apartment. Management and police did nothing, this is also after hundreds of break ins for package stealing and begging management for security cameras which weee never installed. Management offered for us to be homeless (leave the lease early unexpectedly) and later rescinded ... read more
I lived here during my last year of undergrad and it was great. The staff is amazing, so incredibly friendly and accommodating. My dogs loved it too, they’re sad to have left.
