It's a great market. They even have Solar Roast Coffee! The deli is delicious and the employees are very helpful.

This is the only place I know where you can buy locally made organic bean curd (tofu). Same process as making cheese (minus the calf stomach, rennet) this tofu has the fattest curds and makes a deliciously healthy ricotta when stirred in with fresh cashew cream. Lots of vegan baked goodies too, but our to-die-for treat is the chocolate ganache cake!
