This local shop is a gem and it has great food, fresh produce, and a great staff! Lisbeth was so patient when I had a lot of vitamin questions and explained the benefits of each. This experience made everything I got there worthwhile. I certainly will be back because it's hard to find someone with such a strong personal knowledge of vitamins and supplements that genuinely wants to help you find the right solution for you.
Always a delicious hot bar(incredible tempeh today)and fresh vegan sweets. Great prices on the bulk items.
Lunch there is always awesome! Huge menu choices. Fresh & delicious! The store carries a very large variety of foods.
If I could live here I would. Amazing bakery and hot foods selection, and everything is delicious. Put one closer to the Hartford area and I'd be there ALL THE TIME.
