The Bootcamp workouts are different each time (even going 3x's per week). I like the variety, the way the classes are run, and, of course, the intensity of the workouts! The instructors give options to alternate if one of the stations is not something that I can do or help me through it. Although intense, attendees encourage each other. It's different than group class.
Love my gym. Everyone is so nice our gym is so clean.
Love this place-positive people and trainers. Clean with new machines and atmosphere that encourages you to work out and be all that you can be. I love the Zumba classes and cardio kick boxing class. Great place to work out!
Great new, clean feel.. very friendly and helpful staff.. and cheap kid care so you can work out is a hugh plus.
