Great looking boat, horrible product. My son worked his butt off to earn enough money and finally purchased an edge boat that was 3 months old. Did a lot of research to find the boat he wanted…. Evidently, not enough. The welds of the outer hull crack. Do your research and you will see that we are not alone with this issue. When you call Edge Boats, you must leave multiple messages that will not get returned. You send multiple e-mails that will not get returned. You must keep calling and calling and emailing and e-mailing. F... read more
This company is the absolute worst I've had the misfortune to get involved with. It's shocking how indifferent and unavailable they are when it comes to legit issues with their faulty product. They don't care about their dealers and care even less about folks who pay their hard earned money for their boats. Do not do business with these people. You have to TRY to be this sorry. I'm giving one star because I had to put something to submit a review.
Terrible product and even worse customer service.
Blake at EDGE has been great. Called and told him I couldn’t get my boat to quit hopping, dropped it off at closing time Monday and he had it fixed by 10:30 Tuesday morning. He’s answered all my questions and some, been a great guy to deal with.
