The shop has very low prices for a reason took my car with one code for egr valve that was tested to be the issue by myself and 2 other shops. The other shops were booked for repairs when part came in went to this one. Initial customer service was good had started my vehicle repairs was informed wrong part but vehicle was tested by them and confirmed it was the egr I went to buy a part at a shop that was closer vehicle and bought a new one. I have done my own mechanical work my whole life. I found Edge Auto online so I was apprehensive going into this, After they inspected my 21 year old car, I found them to be honest and detail oriented. I made the repairs and when I went back for the re-inspect they made special accomodations just to get me out with my certificate and at work on time.
