I just want to say the service that McKinsey has given me has been incredible. I am a first time mover so I of course have tons of silly questions, and she tolerated all of them with grace. Lastly, she is actively helping me as I write this because I was a klutz and deleted my original application while working on it. On top of that, the apartment is so cute, and I love the building. My boyfriend has been living here for 8 months. They told him when he signed a lease that he’d probably only wait a month for a paid parking pass. He parked on the side street and got side swiped once and his mirror broken off twice. He tried to park in the paid spots one night because there is zero parking around the entire complex on busy nights and he got towed.
