I lived at edge 35 for 2.5 years and loved it the entire time. McKinsey is wonderful at helping with anything residents need and welcoming them home. Maintenance was always timely, attentive, and thorough. I also toured their sister property in fountain square, Pinnex, and Alexis is extremely welcoming and kind also. I’ve toured a lot of apartments in Indy, if you can afford a Nolan Living property apartment, it’s the one to get.
The people in the office are so nice and willing to help you. The maintenance is on top of it. This property is awesome.
Erick with maintenance is absolutely incredible! A bird got stuck in my apartment's vent system and he was able to safely and kindly save the bird in no time. He was so patient and helped me stay calm during this stressful situation. Thank you for saving me and the bird, Erick!
I can't really say enough good things about Edge35. The building is extremely well designed with bike storage, a grill for community use, an awesome lounge/makers room, ample parking, and I love the fountain square themed art off the elevators as well as all the pets in the building. There are even offices and a very large fitness gym on the 1st floor along with free coffee in the lounge which is a very nice place to relax in luxury.
