I love this apartment community. The pool and fire pit are my 2 favorite hangouts. Lora and Bel in office are always there if I have a question. Best apartments in Toledo.

My experience at Edge 1120 was deeply disappointing. The sales team over-promises, but the actual living conditions and property management fall completely short. Maintenance was consistently poor and unresponsive to basic requests. Amenities like the swimming pool were frequently unmaintained and unusable, meaning residents pay for features they cannot actually enjoy. Most concerning are their predatory move-out practices. My daughter lived at The Edge for five years, so this review is based on years of firsthand experience with the property — not one isolated incident or a short-term stay. Unfortunately, after everything we experienced, I would strongly encourage parents and students to do their research before signing a lease. Safety became a serious concern.
