Stay away from this place. A/C not working, patio door is hard for me a 58-year-old man let alone my daughter. The place was dirtier than a pig's pen when we got there for move-in. We had to clean the apartment before moving in, furniture was worn out, the outlet not working, its 2025 ever room need a smart tv and to top it off their are cockroaches. This place is disgusting, nothing like the room that we were shown. The amount they charge you you would expect more. .
Stay away from this place if you’re in a grad program and need an early move in. The leasing office said early move in was first come first serve and we requested it in November (very early). There was no communication regarding early move in from the leasing office whatsoever and the only information I was able to get was from my many calls to their office. They put my roommates and I in a very difficult situation trying to scramble to find somewhere to live since their only direction was to wait for an email that they neve... read more
The marketing of amenities is a part of what attracted me to these apartments, but they are poor. The pool is disgusting, no air conditioning in the gym worth dirty equipment, and no coffee machine as advertised. The facilities are normally quite unsanitary.
