i’ve gone to Dr Poole my whole life office staff is always super sweet and helpful and he is amazing personality that try’s to help every way he can
I went to Dr Poole for first time last April. My glasses are not bi-vocals the whole eye glass is Bi-Focal. I have to take glasses off to drive or watch TV. They did not check my glasses when I picked them up. They handed them to me and said have a good day. When I got home and put on the glasses I could not see at a distance with them on. I called about this but they said come in. Each time I go they are closed or they do not have enough help for me to get fitted.
