Initially I had high hopes on Dr Araiza office, due to Dr hibbett's praise on him, unfortunately it didn't start off too well beginning in the office with the receptionist, you know they have the signs all over the hospital about zero tolerance, you know they want to hold patients to it but I think they need to hold the receptionist to it also, we had my son's first appointment and you know they ask insurance card and ID but my son didn't have identification due being recently released, when she found that out her whole deme... read more

I want to thank Dr. Araiza and his entire team for a fantastic job they performed on my knee. I was up and about in less than 2 weeks and I would and will recommend anyone that needs a knee replacement to him. For follow-ups the waiting time is minimal less than 10 minutes. The unfortunate thing is that the receptionists are robotic and cold. It would be nice to see them smile on an occasion but who knows maybe it's not in there persona to do so. But I am hopeful. In 2021, I was in a fatal car crash and broke multiple bones including my pelvis, which prevented me from being able to walk. Dr Araiza literally put me back together and gave me the ability to use my legs again. I will forever be grateful that he happened to be the surgeon on call that day. He saved my life!
