My experience with Dr. Castillo and the people in the lab in the office both in the Boca Raton office and in the Delray office are very simple. My wife and I were always treated in a kind and friendly manner. We were always treated with respect. I hate to leave bad reviews, but I must say the nurse is there take your vitals are extremely rude and talk to the rest of the staff was such disrespect. I had to make a personal complaint and as far as I’m 100% satisfied, it was an absolute waste of time. I told him I was a truck driver and I needed to be clear the drive because I had a blood clot and I needed an ultrasound I had to call the office four times.
