If you’re looking for a great Dentist this is the place to go yesterday. I had four teeth removed when I got there. I was so nervous and once I got in the chair Dr Shal was amazing. She calmed my nerves and before I knew it I was done. I’ve woken up today feeling great very little pain and life can go on. Arrived for an appointment I had scheduled for 6 months, received a reminder text earlier in the week confirming. When I arrived receptionist said I had no booking and had no idea why I got the text after showing her. Was then told a dentist was available so it was fine. 50 minutes later I was told they still needed 15 minutes to be ready. Ridiculous, left immediately.

AVOID GOING TO EDENTIST!!!! There are many good dental practices around Bentleigh East, don’t risk it with eDentist. Frankly eDentist is the only dental practice I have ever had a bad experience with. I came in to get a crown, I paid for deposit, they told me it takes around 2 weeks to get the crown ready but for the next 2 months I called numerous times to ask when my crown is going to be ready but all I hear was “I’ll pass your message to the dentist and we’ll call you back“ but I never received a call back.
