Very unprofessional when it comes to call back for any reason, every time u call is the same thing they put u in hold for more then few minutes and when u finally get to talk to someone u tell them what’s reason for your call, they always say ok let me find out and call back to let u know and u never receive the call, they don’t appreciate the business I don’t think they want new costumers
My first visit here was deplorable. First I was in pain due to a fractured crown and when I went in on the 6th of October for my consultation I was scheduled for 2pm but had to wait after another visit that came in the same time as me. Second the short stalky woman working the counter named Marissa or Melissa is rude as all hell whenever I tried to speak she would interrupt me before I could finish a sentence apparently she thinks she knows what I’m going to say before I say it smh.
