I am a third-party healthcare provider who has worked in this community for over a year. Throughout that time, staff members have been kind, responsive, and easy to work with. Most importantly, I’ve come to know the wonderful residents and love them all very much. As someone who visits regularly, I have always felt welcomed and supported by the team. I’m grateful for the relationships I’ve built here and appreciate our collaborative commitment to resident care.
I am sad to say that I'm disappointed in Story Point. When they took over in June we were told that things would be better and I had high hopes that would be the case. Now here it is mid August and things have gotten worse. There is no leadership and that is the reason. We have some staff members that are really trying but it is an up hill battle. Corporate comes in from Detroit stays for a day and nothing is resolved. This morning again there wasn't a cook in the kitchen to make breakfast, the teenage servers were here but ... read more
