We purchased an Edenbridge home in Napa in 2022. The initial sales process and customer service were excellent. During my first year, I would have rated everything a 5. However, now being in my home for 2 years, me and several neighbors are experiencing issues with peeling paint, leaking windows, and melting plumbing (due to plastic piping being run too close to the fireplace).
