I currently live in the ground floor of Eden Roc and must say that initially, it was a huge disappointment and that every month, a new problem occurs. First, it began with when I moved in. The whole apartment smelt strongly of paint, which I didn't think much of, but a couple of days later when I came back to start unpacking everything, there was this very musty smell.
