I currently live in the ground floor of Eden Roc and must say that initially, it was a huge disappointment and that every month, a new problem occurs. First, it began with when I moved in. The whole apartment smelt strongly of paint, which I didn't think much of, but a couple of days later when I came back to start unpacking everything, there was this very musty smell. Mr. Martin is the best. I had some issues going on with my roommates and I didn’t know who to talk so I went in and talked to Mr. Martin. He was so kind. He listened to me very clear-fully and he helped me out with everything possible. He’s very kind hearted and great person.

Eden Roc apartments are great! The location is prime location to campus and right off of Grand River. The club house is so nice. Love living at Eden Roc. The rooms are big and the kitchen is beautiful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested. Management is extremely helpful and understanding.
