Eden Prairie Nissan unlawfully confiscated and destroyed my SD license plates upon trade in. Following trade in they failed to correctly register my new vehicle. This was a direct violation of SD state and federal law. The dealership has taken little to no responsibility for this. Upon the expiration of my temporary tags they offered no solutions, causing me to drive without current tabs and temp plates for weeks.
