I have been here 2 months and I'm unhappy they charge for trash pickup that only gets done once a week, I had someone steal my plant stand with plants from my porch, and they put in new appliances and when you get your rent bill they add $50 charge for the appliances that is not on your lease nor discussed with you. I would not refer anyone to to move here.
