Didn’t appreciate how my nails came out with Chloe. Came for the photos on Google which I thought would be neat work. I was only able to walk in on Sunday and I believe she claimed others work to be her own Bcs they turned out very differently. While $120 is standard for the set, gel, design and shape etc. however did not justify the quality of work. My friend thought I did myself at home Very thick acrylics with poorly drawn designs. I used to love this salon but unfortunately my last few experiences have not been great. I booked an appointment with a specific technician and they had someone else do my nails instead. Not a huge deal but felt like an oversight. The time after that, the woman (who I assume is the owner or in charge) was scolding the woman who was working on my nails for not doing my pedicure first. I’ve also had recent manicures and pedicures chip in under a week. It feels like services are rushed and not as well done as they used to be.

Eden is the best nail spa around Madison! I go every 2-3 weeks and love getting fun designs which always turn out so perfect! Everyone here is so kind and does an amazing job. I often get compliments on my nails and always recommend Eden to others! Thank you so much, especially to Sandy, for always being down to do my funky nail design ideas :)
