I've been coming to this salon since they first opened a few years ago. While there have been some ups and downs with the quality of service, things had improved quite a bit recently. Unfortunately, their appointment scheduling has become a real issue. A couple of weeks ago, I had a 2:15 PM pedicure appointment that didn't start until almost 3:00 PM. Not very neatly done. Alot of gel applied and made it so thick and bulky. The application is not even. She applied nails upwards instead of putting them on straight. I asked her to make them thin and even but its very bulky. Overall im very disappointed with the gel nails for the price i paid.
This is hands down the best nail salon I have been to yet. Prices are very affordable and I got the pleasure of having Sandy (the owner) as my nail tech. She is incredibly sweet and VERY good at what she does. She paid very close attention to details, colors, shape of the nail, everything. I will be coming back!!
Didn’t appreciate how my nails came out with Chloe. Came for the photos on Google which I thought would be neat work. I was only able to walk in on Sunday and I believe she claimed others work to be her own Bcs they turned out very differently. While $120 is standard for the set, gel, design and shape etc. however did not justify the quality of work. My friend thought I did myself at home Very thick acrylics with poorly drawn designs.
