Fatima was amazing!! Appreciated her accomodation and kindness! I had an appointment but had not been on the schedule. She had assured me that she would fit me in. I was pretty nervous as I’m not a regular hair removal laser client but she was so kind and her conversations made me feel that much more comfortable that I will recommend silk to everyone that is needing laser so so happy!
I had PICOLASER for pigmentation here and it was a terrible experience. Instead of improving, my pigmentation became darker, larger, and more obvious than before. When I reached out for help, they completely ignored my emails — no apology, no explanation, no effort to fix anything. What’s worse is that they brushed off my concerns by repeatedly claiming their technology is “the best,” which felt arrogant and dismissive.
