A++++. David answered our initial phone call immediately. He quickly came to our home at 8pm spent over 3 hours explaining the process to our large family and answered all of our questions in an easily understandable way. The process he described is exactly what unfolded as my Grandfather went through the process of dying. Derick the nurse was so compassionate, empathetic and respectful to our needs. My father and mother had been with this hospice for almost seven months. Lydia, the assigned nurse was simply outstanding! She was caring, understanding, and efficient. She communicated well and was always quick to respond. My parents loved Lydia. They looked forward to her weekly visits. David was also a nurse and the director of hospice. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to accommodate my parents. They are an amazing team!
