I called the number three times, each time Jesse picked up the call. Strike 1: On my first call, she asked me to send her a text message with my number and that someone would give me a call right back. A++++. David answered our initial phone call immediately. He quickly came to our home at 8pm spent over 3 hours explaining the process to our large family and answered all of our questions in an easily understandable way. The process he described is exactly what unfolded as my Grandfather went through the process of dying. Derick the nurse was so compassionate, empathetic and respectful to our needs.
