One star is one too many. Horribly operated and ran company. The rental company set them up for repairs and I had to call them several days after they were given the contract to get anything setup. They won’t answer the phone and after several hours from leaving the voicemail did they finally respond by text only. Even then, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. Finally got a date set a week later and when that date arrived, they were a no show, no call.
We used this business via our rental property to fix our deck boards & repaint the deck in our backyard. The first two times they were out here someone was home, whether it was my boyfriend or I, and everything was fine. The technicians came back out a third day to do the repainting and my boyfriend & I were both at work. We were appalled at what we came home to. We had birds nesting in our dryer vents. Eden provided great communication, friendly service from the technicians and the work was completed quickly with parts that will prevent birds from accessing the vents!
Left my yard a complete mess limbs still scattered about everywhere tire marks sunken into my yard about 4 inches deep left a hole in my shed from the tree falling further
Honestly most companies my rental company sends out, well they are horrible. These folk's fixed the problem, like they were told to. Dealing with American Homes 4rent is hard enough.....so thank you guys for allowing us to crown our new toilet, no more toilet water in my face YAY 🤣
