The nurses and Dr. were awesome. The supervisor was a jerk.
I had surgery here a few weeks ago and my wife had surgery yesterday. Our experience was great. We did the online information so when they called we didn't have to go through all the questions. We both had the same nurse (Barbara) and she was so friendly and took care of us in the recovery room.
Very nice people. The only part I didn't like is when they place you in a room to be seen it does take 25-35 minutes. I think they forgot me.
My Granddaughter was misdiagnosed at the walk in as a result became more sick . The receptionist said " they did not see a patient twice for same illness" . My daughter took her to Smyrna ER where she was properly diagnosed with the Flu, and by the way teens are dying from flu this season! Doctors and nurses arguing and disagreeing in the hall within ear shot of patients. Most unprofessional at Eden Hill walk in. I would not recommend to anyone!!
Was pleased with the front desk staff. The nurse and the doctor who saw me. It was not busy at all which was great although my only complaint would be that it took longer to wait to get my prescriptions than it did for everything else.
The doctor and his staff were awesome! No complaints and surgery was on time and went smooth. Will go back again if needed surgery again.
