This salon left my hair a mess. I paid $140 for a cut and wash n go. She cut my hair and it was okay. But I left with my hair looking worse than how it looked when I came in. When I tried to get a refund they disputed it. This was supposed to be a wash n go. Horrible. Never going back. Then I was pregnant the stylist was too so I thought she would look out for me. Best salon in DC (and I’ve been to a lot) From the front desk to the stylists to the owner Eden they treat you like family - they are so warm and laid back which is rare to find in a salon! The amazing Sabrina has done my hair for several years and nails it every time! They really take the time to understand what you want and create a solution that’s going to work long term - especially for curly hair ! I came in so sad and frustrated with my hair. Then GOD sent me SOPHIA! She ATEEEEEEE this hair cut and made me feel sooooo happy. She is an angel and I will be back and only coming to her going forward. Professional, and she’s sooo beautiful. Thank you. Sabrina is an awesome colorist and stylist. I was honest with her about not wanting to get my hair done very often, so she factored that into an approach that truly lasts between appointments. The atmosphere of the salon is very welcoming, cheerful, and calm, and I always leave happy.
Fantastic experience at this hair salon! The stylist was very professional and really listened to what I wanted. My haircut and styling came out exactly how I imagined, even better. The salon was clean, modern, and had a relaxing atmosphere. Staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout. Prices are reasonable for the quality. I’m very happy and will definitely return!
