Booked a curly haircut with Kennya about three weeks ago. She did an amazing job on my hair, gave me the exact cut I was looking for. I’m excited to go back and am happy to have found this salon.
I had a wonderful experience at Eden this morning with Sabrina. She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, personable and skilled. She listened to all of my concerns and did a thorough consultation so that she understood what I wanted and I left not only satisfied but empowered by the experience because I knew she heard me and I will be returning to see her again soon!!!
I came here in February this year a few days before my birthday and excepting my hair to be top tier. Nope that wasn’t the case. My stylist was Sabrina did not meet my expectations. I received a very simple style like a wash and go and it was horrible. I was surprised at the bad the results. I can do my own hair way better I just wanted salon treatment on my bday. So the stylist was personable, super kind, loved her! However, I did not get what I asked for and was also talked into dying my whole head when I just wanted the ends that were bleached to have color added to them. I was told it would just add a “gloss” to my natural color and not dye it (I don’t know how I allowed myself to believe this because it sounds nonsensical) however it did dye it. Modern, clean, bright and airy, spacious, updated design and technology. Seghan colored, trimmed, and styled my hair. She did a surpurb job. Great listner, attention to detail, knowledgeable, and very kind. This was my 1st time at the salon and it was a great experience.
