We received a discount offer via email. We discussed the discount with the receptionist when we made our appointments. They refused to honor our discount when we checked out due to a technicality. And the manager didn't even have the professional decency to come to reception to discuss. Classic bait and switch!

The staff are professional, friendly and very accommodating. I was extremely pleased with the serviced I received and can't wait to go back!
Last week I got a facial and a peeling, and I was so disappointed. My skin was not cleaned well. I'm giving it 2 stars instead of one bcs the stuff was very friendly and the products were good. Maybe if I got a different esthetician my experience would be different? I don't know :/
