4 doors are all pealing the outside coating. Told by installer last week no warranty to repair by Eden Coast. Lot of money spent for garage doors making an expensive house look bad. Duane - I find your response to a good customer very surprising. You said care instructions need to be followed to maintain outside integrity - neither the installer nor you team gave me any care instructions in writing or verbally. Great Product and service! Duane and JaNae always go above and beyond to satisfy us and our clients. We have been ordering and installing these doors for 10 years now and can honestly say they hold up great! Only a few cosmetic related issues over the years but they always stand behind their product and make it right.
