Took my son for his first eye exam. He’s only 8 and he was super nervous about what exams they would run and whether he would need glasses. From the setting up an appt via phone call to when we walked in we had exceptional and amazing service. The front staff was really nice and Dr. Tran is who helped us was extremely patient, nice and provided clear guidance and explanations. The place was really nice and clean inside as well. Would 100% recommend this place.
Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Great with children and adults. There was no waiting around and appointment started right on time. Very efficient but thorough process. Great selection of frames as well. Highly recommended!
I've been coming here for many years, and brought my children here when they were young, too. Their office staff is professional and so helpful! They went above and beyond recently, and I appreciate their efforts. The doctor is kind, thorough, and explains everything as it's happening. She took time with me to answer my questions and concerns; I never felt rushed or dismissed once. I'll continue to come here for as long as I have eyeballs! 😉😁
