I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2018 KTM 500EXC , IT WAS MY FIRST TIME AT EDELMANNS , I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE SHOP AND THE STAFF THERE . IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE , BIKE WAS READY WHEN I ARRIVED , PAPER WORK WAS READY , ALL THAT WAS NEEDED WAS ONE PHONE CALL FOR INSURANCE CARDS AND THE PROCESS WAS DONE . IT DOESN'T GET MUCH BETTER THAN THAT. THE SHOP WAS A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH . I CAN SEE WHY THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR AS LONG AS THEY HAVE. MOVING FORWARD EDELMANNS WILL BE MY GO TO DEALER FOR ALL OF MY KTM NEEDS. THANKS!
The crew there especially Cody, took care of new bike (KTM 350 XC-F) fuel pump issue even though it was purchased in NJ and not at Edelmann's. I can't say enough good things. I'll be purchasing there for sure. Thank you!
