I recently purchased a new ktm enduro motorcycle from them and the whole process from start to finish was great Tim answered all of my questions, I mean all of them (50) emails.... Cody was a great help with all of my accessories I needed and help me with the decision on what I needed the most .Heidi was a big help with the financial part and made it very easy and smooth. All and all a great team to work with, 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!
Other dealers take note: Honesty, respect and a fair deal go a long way, 150 miles away in fact. We have many local dealers but these guys will have you coming back to support them.
I'm from out of town on a long distance tour. I needed my fork seals replaced and a new rear tire. They had everything necessary in stock and were able to roll the bike in and get me in and on my way in just a few hours. Fantastic service and very nice folks to deal with.
I have plenty of dealers near me and had been searching forever. While several hundred miles and a state away from home I simply stopped in to check out the inventory. Ended up being so impressed I purchased from this dealer. From the honesty and friendliness I couldn't be happier with my 570 Ranger Midsize. The price was better, staff treated my family and I fantastic and they made sure the sale was smooth.
