The beginning process was great, easy to talk to the guys, they would return my calls. 4 years later, here we are with a BROKEN gate control. We have had Tim Gehrig (gate operations manager) come out at least three times a year since we've had it to replace the master board and many other various things on the LIFT MASTER gate opener.
