Dear Management, I would like to clarify that my concern is specifically regarding the $200 service charge for the recent visit. The technician attended my apartment for less than two minutes. The only action completed was opening the kitchen exhaust vent, which was closed before the visit. The vent opening is approximately 10 inches in length.
