Never take your car here!!! Poor service. My car is worse after pick than it was when I brought it, the problem is still not fixed!!!!! They also charged me double what I was quoted on the phone. These guys are frauds. We were actually going to buy another Volvo SUV and because of this situation, we will be buying a different brand. They didn’t even run my car through the car wash.
Long time Volvo owner, recently had an issue with a battery on a Volvo C70 that sets in the garage the majority of the time. Called and spoke to Tom Romig, and as usual he was great to work with. Got me in at a time that worked for me, had a battery in stock and had me ready to go the same day. I have 3 Volvos so it seems I am at the shop on a regular basis, and Tom always is a pleasure to work with.
Tom and Jason provided professional and friendly service. They took great care of us and our vehicle!
