Richard did a great job of taking care of my needs when I came in to have my car repaired. My dad was the one who recommended this body shop to me, so does he deserve more credit or the body shop itself? Truthfully, Eddy's Body Shop had excellent customer service and my car looks exactly before the damage so that was way more than I had expected! Kudos to Richard and his team at Eddy's!
No “appointment” necessary. I worked with Richard, who conducted inspection and provided estimate estimate within 20 minutes. Richard then throughly went over estimate and addressed every detail to my and Travelers Insurance satisfaction. Richard / Eddy’s had my vehicle for 8 working days. The vehicle was vacuumed , washed and ready for pickup as agreed. A very satisfying experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
