I have no idea of who Jeff is. I delt with David. All was good except they were supposed to redo some work on my car because the bumper wasn't properly put back in. Also I was told my vehicle was to be cleaned but the inside of my car was extremely filthy due to the dust from the body shop when I got it back. Also my rim was supposed to be ordered and replaced due to the accident but it never was replaced also my from plate was taken off and was supposed to be put back on but it never was I had to do It myself. Kept in contact with me and let me know the progress.
While it was a long process, while no fault of Eddy’s, David was excellent. His communication and keeping us enlightened every step of the way was fantastic! Due to insurance and the amount of damage, it did not end the way we would have hoped, we will use Eddy’s again if necessary.
