Got a 2006 Ford Escape from them and the transmission went out the next day. Only being a day, I thought they would do the right thing by taking the car back but they would not take it back. My husband and I are newly weds and don’t have a lot of money and cannot afford to fix it. We have lost a lot of money. I would highly recommend not buying a car from these people.
They had my vehicle for 3 and half weeks , kept for a week with not doing anything. Had to have body work on drivers side back door and now that's it is sunny out , you can see the swirls patterm in the paint, looks terrible. Paid a good amount of money for things to be done. No follow threw. It seems to be brushed off . would never recommend. Called to talk about it and the body guy got irate and then hunk on me. Called to speak with the owner and he was busy. I have used Eddy's auto multiple times over the last three years from three different accidents to regular maintenance Eddy's has always treated me with respect and offered a more than fair competitive price. Love this place! Brought my car in for a damaged rear bumper and they not only did a fantastic job fixing it and matching the paint color, but the customer service was unreal as well! This was my first experience here and I will DEFINITELY be back and recommending to others!!!
A bit late but this was absolutely the best auto shop I've been to. Hit a deer and they did a fantastic job fixing it back up. They put my lift back on when a dealership took it off and refused to replace it. All the fluids were topped off after an oil change and the next place I took it to was impressed at the level of care it was given. If you're in the area without a doubt this is the place to go.
