Eddyline has sadly disappointed recently. The hot tub has been unavailable for use for several weeks. They promised to bring it up by a provided date and did not live up to residents' expectations. The pool is also down for an extended period. To this end, spa was brought back up two days ago as a "make-shift pool." Residents are paying so much. Please, let us do better!
I’ve held off on writing this review, but for the safety and well-being of future residents, it needs to be said. Eddyline has unfortunately gone downhill. If the fire alarms constantly going off in the freezing winter months weren’t bad enough, they’ve now started blaring during the summer as well — often in the early morning hours. The pool is closed until August 8. It’s the second time this summer already with no notice no email no nothing pools empty don’t get to use it. Don’t know why the hell I’m paying so much to live here considering they don’t even know how to vacuum the hallways walls need painted in all the hallways as well. It looks like somebody threw toilet paper on the ceiling down half of them. I would highly recommend looking into other apartments before ever considering this establishment.
Our experience with the Eddyline Apts has been great. Emily and Nick have gone above and beyond to assist us with all of our requests. They also sent a heart warming sympathy card when our pet passed away. It’s the thoughtfulness and personal touch that sets Eddyline apart from the rest. Thank you Emily and Nick for your kindness.
I’m incredibly impressed with the management here—especially Emily. From the moment I started my move, the team has been nothing but kind, caring, and accommodating. They've gone out of their way to be helpful and flexible, even stopping what they were doing just to assist me. What truly touched me was their compassion during a difficult time.
