Dr. Castillo is not only a great gastroenterologist, but has a gift for making complex medical issues easy to understand. Perhaps that's why he teaches at medical school. When at the hospital for my procedure everything went smoothly. Dr. Castillo put me at ease before the procedure and, afterwards, he took the necessary time to explain his findings. He is thorough, competent, and genuinely caring.

THE OFFICE STAFF IS NOT UP TO PAR WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREATING PATIENTS WITH A LITTLE TLC . FROM THE AMOUNT OF MISSCOMUNICATION AND HAVING AN EXAM DONE WITH ABNORMAL FINDINGS. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM THE DR TO DISCUSS FINDINGS AND FUTURE PLAN . I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE.
