I can't speak enough of Doctor Castillo. He is attentive, calm, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. His staff are professional and very thorough.
Dr. Castillo takes his time to explain all the details to you he has been my dr for a long time and wouldn’t recommend him always
Dr. Castillo is simply an amazing Dr. He is thorough and takes time with his patients. He has been my GI doctor for a long time. I think the world of him. He has helped me through some rough times.
Dr. Castillo was very kind and supportive to my husband. He had a gentle demeanor and is an expert in his field!
Dr. Castillo is truly one of the best doctors, if not the best doctor I've ever been to. He is extremely personable, and an over all great doctor and person. He never makes you feel stupid when you speak to him like other sometimes doctors do. Is always asking questions to make sure he has as much information as possible. He has never brushed past my concerns and symptoms. A great conversationalist and very funny. He will be my doctor and I his patient for as long as I'm able to.
Ask you what he need to know with no judgment, so that give you confidence to be honest with him to tell him if you are take you'r med ,or not to plan the next step.
Dr Castillo is great! It’s the office staff that’s absolutely terrible! They are so rude and unhelpful. This type of thing gives his practice a very bad name. A few times I’ve left messages and never get a call back. He really needs to get an entire new front office staff! I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism. I am a medical receptionist myself and there’s no way bad manners, laziness and incompetence would be tolerated.
Where's doctor and worst doctor's office ever had surgery in 2020 of November it is now almost March didn't get my results every time I call they give me the runaround they say they're going to send it in the mail to me I honestly think that doctor lost them and he's just trying to avoid me and avoid the situation I'm definitely going to lawyer up and I'm going to file a complaint with that Connecticut medical board this doctor is the worst find a new doctor stay away from this guy in his practice
over all experience was not good. My appointment was at 4:30 arrived at 4:15. I was not seen until 6pm. The Dr. was very friendly and explained everything very well. The rest of the staff as far as scheduling tests is the worst I have ever dealt with. The right hand does not know what the left had is doing..... very sad
